Well yesterday I held my first soccer practice and it was cold and miserable. The kids we good but I need to teach them to kick the ball correctly, pass. They are having fun.
Next practice on Thursday at 7 pm the other 8 year olds will be there as well.
Found out my time for the ITT and I was in 7th place at 42 min. 17 seconds. Not bad for the first T.T.. At least in my mind. The older gent that passed me won it at 37 min 34 seconds. I have my work cut out for me.
You can find the race results at http://www.cycling.mb.ca/roadresults/April_24_itt.pdf.
You can find pictures at http://www.wpgcycle.tk/. I am in picture # 53.
Stayed up too late looking at the pictures, we have dial up.
Tuesday night is the last dance practice yea. The drive out to Selkirk is shorter than the ride. The best thing about going is that I get to spend a hour at Tim's drinking coffee by myself.

Hi Mike P--
I have a few questions--
1. Are you in Canada?
2. What church do you belong to? You said MB church or something, and I don't know what that means.
3. What's a FOG ride?
4. When you stop for a Tim's, or drink coffee at Tim's--what are you referring to?
I liked reading your blog and you seem like a really nice person, but sometimes I didn't know what you were referring to (hence the questions)so I hope you don't mind my asking:)
Thanks!
Sorry I did not look at the page any sooner but to answer your questions inorder.
1, Yes I live in Canada, the province is Manitoba and the city is Winnipeg.
2. The church is a menonite breathren sorry spelling is not that hot. I am born again Christian.
3. Fog is fast old guys who meet every sat morning to go for a 3 to 4 hour ride. It is a lot of fun.
5. Tim's is the best place to buy coffee in Canada. It's like a fast food chain.
thanks for the coments. I do have a problem with trying to keep a thought. I know ahead where I want to go but I forget to let everyone know how I got there. Sorry
Mike
When you say Tim's--do you mean Tim Horton's? If so, we have that in Michigan and I LOVE it! I live in Delaware now, and we don't have it here. I love their turkey and wild rice soup.
Thanks for the comments, that really cleared it up for me:)
